Tax Form

I have opened, read and agree to the Service Agreement (Version 1.0, dated 5 August 2026). I understand that the engagement starts when Neon Tax confirms acceptance or begins substantive work, and that fees for work already performed remain payable even if I later withdraw, do not approve lodgement or stop responding.

I confirm that the information and documents I provide are complete, accurate and not misleading to the best of my knowledge. I understand that I remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final tax return or document before lodgement, and for penalties or other consequences caused by my delay, omission or incorrect information.

I nominate and authorise Neon Tax to act as described in the Service Agreement, including communicating with the ATO and other authorised parties and using or disclosing my information to the service-provider categories described in the Privacy Policy and Engagement Agreement where reasonably necessary for the service.

I consent to receiving engagement, security, billing and service communications electronically. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and, if submitting for another person or entity, that I am authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
