  2. I authorise Shastra Consultants Pty Ltd trading as Neon Tax, Registered Tax Agent Number 26315683 and/or its representatives, by submission of this form, to communicate with any government department—including the Australian Taxation Office—financial institutions and any other entities as required to assist with the preparation of my tax returns.
  3. The information provided to Neon Tax is true and correct.
  4. I understand that the fee for the preparation of the tax return is due as soon as the work is commenced by Neon Tax, regardless of the return being lodged to the ATO.
  5. I acknowledge that an invoice will be issued for your services and I agree to pay this invoice in full. I also acknowledge that further action may be taken to secure payment of overdue/outstanding accounts.
